ARCHITECT’S FIELD SUPERVISION
The cost of the interior design project for a residential space, including architect’s field supervision and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), is fixed and remains unchanged after the work begins, as specified in the official contract.

What is the project completion timeline?
The timeline depends on the size of the object and the complexity of the work. On average, project development takes from 2 to 6 weeks. If necessary, we can adapt the schedule to accommodate rent holidays and expedite the process.
What is included in the cost of the services?
The cost includes all stages of work: planning, concept development, and documentation. Material selection and author supervision are additional services. We provide a complete package of solutions for the implementation of your project.
Is it possible to make changes during the course of the work?
Yes, we are ready to make changes at any stage to ensure the final result fully meets your expectations. The final adjustments are finalized during the author supervision phase.
How does the payment process work?
We work under a contract. Payment is made in advance: a prepayment before the start of each work stage. Upon completion of each stage, we provide certificates of completed work.
